1. How does the rental service work?

You book online the stroller or car seat of your choice, select your dates and delivery location. We deliver directly to the airport, your hotel, or your home, and then we come to pick up the equipment at the end of your rental.

2. What areas are covered?

We deliver and pick up in the following areas:

  • Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

  • Roissy-en-France

  • Disneyland Paris

  • Parc Astérix

  • Accommodations in Île-de-France upon request

3. What models do you offer?

We offer several types of equipment tailored to your needs:

  • Compact strollers

  • Comfort strollers

  • Car seats and boosters

All products are carefully checked, cleaned, and disinfected after each use.

4. How much does the rental cost?

  • Starting from €12/day for a day trip

  • Starting from €15/day for a compact stroller

  • Starting from €59/week for an extended stay

  • Long-term subscription starting at €39/month

Options are available: damage/theft insurance (+€2/at order) or peace of mind option for long-term (+€2/month).

5. How does delivery work?

We deliver to the agreed address and time (airport, hotel, home).

At the end of the rental, we will collect the equipment at the same location or at another meeting point defined with you.

6. Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a credit card hold is required as a security deposit. No amount is charged unless there is a non-return or major damage.

7. What if I need a change during the rental?

  • For short-term rentals: we can intervene to replace a defective or damaged stroller.

  • For long-term rentals: with theSerenity option(+2€/month), you can request up to 2 stroller changes for a deep clean or to adapt to your needs.

8. What happens if the stroller is damaged or soiled?

Normal wear and tear is included in the service. In case of major damage or loss, optional insurance may cover the costs. Without insurance, part of the deposit may be withheld.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), as well as secure online payments through our website.

10. How do I book?

You just need to choose your dates, the desired equipment, and your delivery location directly on our site, then confirm the payment. You will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
